Report Missing Items from Your Order
Confirming Your Shipment
If you believe that you are missing items from your shipment, please review the following before filing a report.
Have you received all packages?
Your tracking information will tell you how many packages to expect in your shipment, when they were delivered, and who signed for them if applicable. It’s very common for multiple box shipments to get separated following delivery. Double check with your front office or warehouse to be sure.
Were items on backorder?
Some items may have been out of stock at the time of your order and were not included in your initial shipment. Check your shipping confirmation email and note any rows in red text showing zero in the “Quantity Shipped” column. These items will arrive in a later shipment once inventory has been replenished. Have you emptied all packages?
Orders are often shipped in mixed cartons containing multiple products and student/teacher books often have similar covers and spines, as do different levels. Please check all items in every box of your shipment thoroughly. Boxes containing more than one line item are labeled on the outside with a “Mixed Carton” neon label.
Notify Customer Support
If you have checked the three common reasons for perceived incomplete shipments and still believe you are missing items, please email orders@epslearning.com with the information below:
- Purchase Order or Sales Order number
- Item number(s)
- Item description(s)
- Quantity missing
Once our Customer Support team has all the required information we'll be able to investigate the issue with our warehouse, track down your order with the carrier, or send replacement product, if needed.
