Order Online
Ordering online is the fastest way to get your materials. Create an account at shop.epslearning.com for access to your complete online and offline order history, view and print quotes, review invoices and statements, make payments, and more in EPS MyAccount.
- Log in to an existing account or register for a new account at shop.epslearning.com. Forgot your password? Use our self-service reset or contact our support team via live chat.
- Search our products by keyword, SKU, or ISBN, or browse by category to find what you need. Select the quantity of each item and choose the Add to Cart button.
- When you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon to review your cart and begin the checkout process. See About Online Payment Methods for more information.
Order by Email
If you’re unable to place orders online, you can easily order with a purchase order by contacting our Customer Support team via email.
- Send your PO and associated quote number to orders@epslearning.com. You will receive an automated notice that a case has been created and your order is in our processing queue.
- Once your PO has been processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with a unique identifier in the format SO#######.
- At times, we may need an updated purchase order or additional information to process your order. To ensure prompt communication, please add epslearning.com to your list of approved senders.
Reference your case number (CAS######) when calling or emailing to inquire about your order for fastest service.
Order by Phone
Order by phone when you need to pay with a credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
- Call our Customer Support team at 800-225-5750, Option 1 between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
- Have your account name, quote number or item numbers, and payment information handy. When ordering with a school P-Card, ensure that you have the correct cardholder name, street address, zip code, and security code.
Order by Mail
Ordering by mail can add up to seven days to your order processing time and is not recommended unless required by your organization’s purchasing policies.
