EPS Learning offers two methods of online access: As an individual or consumer user and as an organizational user purchasing for a school or business.
Find Your Account Type
To verify which type of account you are accessing, log in to shop.epslearning.com with your email address and password, then check the top-right corner of the page, near the "Cart" button.
Organizational User, General Access
If you see "Welcome [Full Name], [Organization Name]" you are logged in to a General Organizational User account.
- The pricing you see is your specific organization's pricing
- You will be able to purchase all products available to your organization*
- Purchases are eligible for tax-exemption with a certificate on file
- You can check out directly or create and submit quote requests to our team
Organizational User, Admin Access

If you see "Welcome [Organization Name]" you are logged in to an Admin Organizational User account.
- MyAccount lists ALL transactions (online and offline) billed to the organization
- The pricing you see is your specific organization's pricing
- You will be able to purchase all products available to your organization*
- Purchases are eligible for tax-exemption with a certificate on file
- You can check out directly or create and submit quote requests to our team
Individual/Consumer Access
If you see "Welcome [First Name]" you are logged in to an Individual/Consumer account.
- The pricing you see is our Consumer Price
- You will only be able to purchase items available to Consumers*
- Your purchases are not eligible for tax exemption (when in an applicable state)
- You can check out directly but do not have access to request quotes
Not Logged In/Unauthenticated

If you see "Log In | Sign Up" you are not logged in to the site.
- The pricing you see is our Consumer Price
- You will be prompted to log in before checking out or requesting a quote
- Some products visible when browsing may be restricted for your account type
*Access to some products is governed by your account type (Consumer, Organizational, Reseller) and your location (Non-US accounts cannot make purchases online). For consumer accounts, items with purchase restrictions may take up to one hour after registration to be available for checkout.
Request an Account Change
Our Account Management Team can assist with making any necessary changes to your account to correct your access.

If you have Individual access with a School email and are making purchases with school funds, contact us to convert your account.

If you have General Organization access and need to be “upgraded” to Admin Organization access (one admin per account), contact us to update.

If you have Duplicate Accounts with the same email address, contact us to have the accounts merged or updated with different emails.
