Accessing Reports: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Exploros account.

  2. From your home screen, select the appropriate class from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click on the reports icon in the screen's top right corner.

Viewing the iSPIRE Progress Report

  1. From the reports list, select "iSPIRE Progress Report."

  2. Choose the desired level and assessment type from the available filters: Placement Test, Concept Mastery Fluency Drill, Concept Assessment, Pre/Post-Test, and Mid-Level Test.

  3. Review the class average displayed in the top row of the report.

  4. To access further information about each assessment, such as completion date, click on the black triangles next to the assessment name.

  5. To review how students answered specific questions, click on the blue hyperlinks within the report.

  6. If needed, export the data as a CSV file by clicking on the export icon in the top right-hand corner of the report.

Viewing the iSPIRE Student Summary Report

  1. From the reports list, select "iSPIRE Student Summary Report."

  2. Choose a student name and level from the available drop-down menus.

  3. Please review the student's data for the Placement Test, Concept Mastery Fluency Drills, Concept Assessments, pre/Post-Tests, and Mid-Level Tests.

  4. To access further details, click the black triangles next to the assessment names and the blue hyperlinks within the report.

  5. If needed, export the Student Summary Report as a PDF by selecting the "PDF for Print" option at the top of the page.
